kdl_parser and kdl_parser_py provide tools to construct a KDL tree from an XML robot representation in URDF.

Brian Jensen 3df18f5ff7 Update KDL SegmentMap interface to optionally use shared pointers
The KDL Tree API optionally uses shared pointers on platforms where
the STL containers don't support incomplete types.
